If you purchased your product any place other than HD Communications Corp. you should contact the manufacturer or the point of sales party of that product directly for technical support. Other issues (such as rebates, warranties, returns after 30 days of purchase, software downloads or replacements) should also be directed to the manufacturer or POS for that device.

NOTE: We protect our customers' credit history by only shipping to an authorized ship-to location that is verified by your credit card company. If you wish to ship to an address different than your billing address you must call your credit card company and add that ship-to address. They will verify you and protect your credit. With credit fraud growing at the rate that it is you should block shipments to only your authorized addresses with each credit card company. Now the bad guys can no longer ship to their address. You may also use our Paypal method. Since Paypal has already verified your information we can ship to an alternate address. Once you establish a Paypal account you will no longer have to exchange credit card information with each transaction. We have been having problems with Google Check Out. We have therefor disabled it until Google and Network Solutions our ecommerce host can fix the problem. We hope to have it corrected shortly.
