If you wish to ship to an address different than your billing address you must call your credit card company and add that ship-to address. They will verify you and protect your credit. With credit fraud growing at the rate that it is you should block shipments to only your authorized addresses with each credit card company. Now the bad guys can no longer ship to their address.
