The SANS/FBI Top Twenty is a consensus list of vulnerabilities that are updated from time to time. Although there are thousands of security incidents each year, the overwhelming majority of successful attacks target one or more of these twenty vulnerable services.

The SANS Institute (www.sans.org) periodically tests ScanAlert's vulnerability auditing technology and accredits their ability to accurately detect all vulnerabilities on the Institute's most current list.
